Overgrown blackberry hedge onto pavement

Reported via desktop in the Trees overhanging highways category anonymously at 12:21, Fri 27 August 2021

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2962449.

We've received the following complaint from a member of the public: "There is a problem with overhanging vegetation over the footpath on Frenze Road, just along from the Skelton Road junction where the bungalows go up a slope on the opposite side of the road. I walk this way daily and now have to cross into the road or onto the opposite pavement due to the blackberry runners coming out on the pavement. It is obstructing the council footpath and could become a trip hazard. Regards Mrs Lucy Keil"
