Missing dog refuse bin

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2961363.

Plans for the recent cycle path show a dog refuse bin at Milton Road end of the cycle path. It has never been installed. There are always bags of dog poo at the entrance to the field just left on the floor or hanging in the bushes. The bin will stop this so please complete the planning permission by installing one. Thanks.
