Hedge by streetlight next to courtyard is blocking the footpath

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2959684.

MAssively overgrown hedge. It has surrounded the streetlight in the path and now blocks the path again.

Plesae expose the footpath completely, dont just trim the hedge to make it straight. A neat blockage on the footpath is not what is needed.

We need the footpath.
