  • Hi

As you can see from the pictures these kerb bricks (there were 3 of them but one has gone somewhere from the other lady hitting it) sticking out is very dangerous and has caused 2 flat tyres on my passenger front and back side and on another ladies front passenger side. This very nearly ended up with my children and myself in the ditch, Luckily I was only doing 40 and managed to control the car as would dread to think what the outcome may have been if I was doing the speed limit)

It has completely ripped my front tyre and scratched both my rims.

I had my 2 children in the car my oldest having very high anxiety and toruettes, this caused him to have a panic attack.

Not only has this caused alot stress for both my children and myself,I am now also having to pay out for new tyres.

I have been made aware that this has been reported a number of times so feel this could have been prevented had it have been dealt with.

I would like to put a claim in to not only pay for the 2 tyres that I am having to now pay out for but to get the rims sorted out aswell.

I would very much appreciate a call from someone to discuss this issue

I also have the other ladies details who will be putting a complaint In to.

This is just on the bend on camp road in heyford.
