Footpath covered 50% due to neglect

The entire length of the footpath from Wimbotsham to Downham Marker is dangerosly overgrown and neglected. Over 50% of the width of the footpath is compromised due to neglect.

Debris from years of neglect and hedge trimming has accumulated blocking the path along the fence sides. Brambles and grass growing from this covers the path. Runners and walkers often walk/run in the busy road due to the footpath being inaccessible.

Updates

Even the manhole covers have been allowed to get covered due to years of neglect.
