Annoyingly a motorist has taken to parking his car on the pavement. Not just two wheels but almost the entire car. It's a pretty tight squeeze to get by and a significant obstruction to pedestrians.

It's not just a one off offence, the owner is a frequent offender leaving his car like this over night.
