Abandoned van leaking oil

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2954397.

There is a van parked at the entrance to Appleby Road (less than 2m from corner) that is leaking oil over the road.

This is causing it to be unsafe to enter and exit the junction as the view is blocked.

Oil is making the road surface very slippery when driving and walking
