A man who works at Pudsey library parks his car behind me most days blocking me in this is a parking space at the side of Pudsey Library I have to ask him to move it as far as I am aware this parking is for people to use on a short term to shop in Pudsey he parks there all day. He is so desperate to park there he blocks me in and part parks on double yellow lines. My mother who is with me is disabled so this is the easiest parking space for me. His car is a dark mercedes.

This problem as gone on for a while I don’t think he should be allowed to take this space up all day.
