Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The people who live on no. 116 have a CCTV camera on the front of their house and I have suspicions that they are using it unlawfully. Since the lockdown they have using it to try and rat people out (usually for trivial things) and just today they tried accusing me of hitting a car that doesn't even belong to them all because they saw it on their CCTV camera. I knew fully well that I did not touch this other car (there's no fresh damage on my car and camera angles can sometimes be deceiving). I've also noticed that the camera is pointing towards my grandad's garage. I find this rather disturbing as surely cannot be legal. I would like these people to be asked to take the camera down on the grounds that it is invading other people's privacy.
