Overgrown trees affecting Street lights, affecting rights to light act 1959 asking with statute 'Occupiers Liability Act 1957 & 1984 section 1.

Tree branches are overgrown and risk of falling branches during high winds and winter periods.

This is against health & safety act 1974 section 2 and 3. Along with the Highways act 1980.
