In-pavement light smashed with wires exposed

As you go up the zig zag path, at the first turn there is a light in the floor that has been smashed so glass and wires are exposed, which is dangerous for children etc. Please can this be made safe & fixed?

No change on this and all the other in-pavement lights where the glass has been smashed :(
