Pot holes and white paint

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2949382.

About 2 to 3 years ago approximately you put white paint around broken cover at end of linfold by storehouse you also put dotted lines in white paint round potholes some large some small. They are still waiting to done. So what is the point of the white dotted line. You have done this all over upwell Must be some reason I would think
