Thank you for providing photographs of the surface flooding. With reference to your first report:
This gully is due to be cleansed routinely during our cyclical attendance expected in October 2021. The water does subside after a heavy downpour which suggests this is gully is draining slowly.
With this drainage work already scheduled there is no requirement to bring the attendance forward.

Further flooding occurred following the heavy rain of the other day. The gully drain is quite clearly blocked. I have placed a long garden cane down through the drain cover and it just hits something solid. Having first reported the flooding I was told there there was not a problem following which I sent you photographs since when you seem to accept there is a problem

Still open, via questionnaire
I have put that I 'do not know' whether the problem has been fixed simply because we have not had any heavy rain since operatives attended earlier in the week. I am hoping that the blocked drain has now been cleared and that no further occurence of flooding will result.
