Pavement obstructed
Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 13:23, Fri 20 August 2021
Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later
There are overflowing and stinking bins outside 46 Wellington Gardens. They are blocking the pavement and will become a health hazard if left. These bins are never taken off the street by whoever uses them and as there has been no black top bin collection for two weeks the problem and smells are getting worse.

Yes bins and rubbish still there. Greenwich Council should be ashamed of itself but, hey, why interrupt your day to deal with residents complaints?

Still stinking and overflowing bins present all the time. Disgraceful but that's what you get in Charlton.

Bins never get taken in. Fix my street's advice to contact a councillor is well meaning but a waste of time as all they(if you are lucky) is send an email to the department that won't deal in the first place.

No action. Councillors are ineffective. RBG staff are shirking from home. The street just gets filthier.
