Public dumping of rubbish

This has happened previously too - rubbish is dumped and is continuously dumped in the corner of the building which is a commercial building. Also graffiti is done to the walls

    It would seem we are living in a 3rd world country - this mess was reported in Sept and was still open in Oct 2021. The rubbish is till there and not PICKEDUP.
