The concrete bollard had been knocked over

Sent to Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2941634.

The bollard has been knocked over creating a hazard. It's also left a hole in the ground. I contacted the council/highways previously as cars were driving in between the bollards. Cheers
