We get floods in Kent close

The last two heave rain in July &1st august no 3 & 5 Kent close was flooded come in side the house was reported on the 1st on emergency phone line about 10pm on the 1st august but have had no up dates on what can be done. If it was for the help of other people in the close the water coming into my store room where my wheelchair is keeped as it was flooded when l rang to say water coming in to the house. When the rain eased off the drains was lifted 4 other members of Kent close come out to help sweep the water back down the path of no 3/5 as worse affected no5 drain in his garden got damaged as could not see when it was lifted to help let the water run with the drains out side in the road it was dark loads of water late in night no help come but thankfully with the help &rain stopped could get to bed but was worried if it rained hard again in the night l think there was photo taken but could not see how bad it was. My family come to clear the storage room for me as things in there in boxes needed to be thrown out thankfully my wheelchair battery was not quite under water but the room was flooded. But disappointed no one come out or no contact back. The drains need cleaning out new house being built but what about the drains?
