Dangerous footpath

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 14:14, Mon 16 August 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2938564.

I had to walk in the road this morning with my dog as the trees/bushes are so overgrown on the Headley Road near the corner and junction with Mill Lane. I was really scared as traffic was coming and I had to get back on the pavement but duck down under the bushes, I couldn’t cross the road as I couldn’t see what traffic was coming from the Headley direction and they come down the hill so fast.

Updates

  • They sent me an email saying they thought there wasn’t a problem, they probably didn’t look at the same piece of footpath as I had to walk on and found very dangerous.
