Very large building not to building regulations

Sent to Great Yarmouth Borough Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2930737.

283 beccles road has erected a wooden structure covering 50% of the rear garden and it’s very disappearing to the eye. Very tall and intrusive. It is not to building regulations and is literally up to the boundary on three sides and close to house.
