Hedges obscuring footpaths Crowthorns end of Coniston Cl

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later
These hedges have steadily making the paths more and more difficult to walk on. One encroaches considerably along the path "inside" the long Crowthorns hedge; the other (leylandii or similar) has completely covered the path between the Crowthorns path and one of the "feet" of Coniston Close. A job lot with others reported earlier this week, perhaps.

Neither of these hedges (originating on private property, so maybe that's the problem) has been cut back. Many footways in the area have been overgrown enough to make passage difficult; some owners have made reductions but not sufficient to clear the footway and ensure that the next growth does not encroach. Could there be an enforcement blitz?
