Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2930272.

4th report:

Trailer has been abandoned two years and one month ago, has not moved one inch.

Used as an opportunistic bin, and rubbish is piling up. The vehicle registered to this number plate has never, ever, ever, emphasis on ever, ever been seen since. Now an obvious health and safety hazard. Partially obstructs disabled access and communal bin access on top of all that, and there are disabled residents in that building.
