Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2930004.

Foreign registered car been used daily for over 2 years without leaving the country by the residents of 197 Fulwich Road. It’s a red Seat. No uk road tax and no mot. Has gone past the 6 month limit by at least 18 months!
