Dog left home alone for over 48 hours

The dogs at number 32 Ocknell Grove have been left home alone for over 2 days. Constantly barking and putting their head through a hole in the fence which is getting bigger, the large dog appears rather nasty and tries to get out of said hole in fence whenever someone walks past. They are never walked and usually locked in the house in the upstairs back bedroom - constantly barking.
