Blind exit from Vernon Hill onto Beeches Hill

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2929812.

Now very dangerous turn onto Beeches Hill from Vernon Hill due to height of verge plant growth, 6 ft+. Please could this be cut back down to ground level so as to enable clear sightings and safe exits.
