Sent to East Lothian Council less than a minute later

The gully at lampost UN28 on East Links Road, Dunbar is well blocked and with all this rain is causing a vey large puddle across the pavement and road. Thank you

Is Dunbar High Street the darkest street in East Lothian? 15 street lamps are currently without a working bulb making the High St extremely dangerous to navigate now that it is dark c.16.30. No amount of decorative fairy lamps for Christmas address this road safety concern.
