Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

This is an ongoing problem in fox hill lane Playhatch.people are pulling in the lay-bys emptying the car of rubbish and bottles and also leaving behind some sort of chemical vials that are inhaled by balloon There is also other drug usage such as cannabis the worrying part is these care then drive off under the influence of the drugs or alcohol used. People in cars up there have also been seen having sex!!! We have reported this to the police who have put some notices there can you put a temporary camera for a surveillance period to try to catch the perpetrators What they leave behind is is dangerous for children, our dogs and our local wildlife It is totally unacceptable behaviour .
