Multiple cars parking blocking visibility

Multiple cars from the new estate parking on the main road (The Street) into bramford block visibility in both directions out of the new estate (Stoddart Road) and cars driving into bramford cannot see. Traffic flow is also effected as these parked cars only allow 1 car to pass at a time. I have almost been head on collided here many times whilst driving and almost knocked off my bike due to cars passing to close as parked cars restrict space. This should be double yellow.

This issue has been present since residents moved into the new estate and has recently gotten allot worse. Cars also parking on the verge outside the graveyard.
