Rabbit waste

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2914640.

Piles of rabbit waste for free collection, in binbags at the front of the house. This house is breeding rabbits, have chickens, and numerous indoor cats, and have too much waste to be able to dispose of. There is STILL rubbish in the garden that's been reported previously
