Damaged speed sign and wrong facing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2912379.
The speed limit of 20 by the church when driving from bridge into town is not visible and is facing the church. the sign has been knocked and badly damaged.
The other side of it showing 30 should be visible when driving towards the bridge.
The damage is at least two weeks old

The speed limit has been introduced not long ago and it has been damaged very shortly afterwards. i think it should have been positioned on the bridge along the traffic lights.
