Abandoned Vehicle

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 20:11, Tue 3 August 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later

Not fixed!! Truck has been parked and unmoved for over a year now, though has valid tax and MOT. Something's not right, how can it have two MOT reports (one fail and one pass) and valid tax if it hasn't moved...seems dodgy to me

Updates

  • Agree, definitely not fixed. The vehicle is definitely abandoned, something very odd about it now being taxed and the MOT situation. It has not moved in well over a year, takes up so much car parking space and is an eyesore!

  • Not a single reply or follow up from Greenwich Fix My Street…very poor show! Could it be any of these? Can we get a follow up or reply please? TM Recovery Services | Facebook TM RECOVERY SERVICES LIMITED - Free Company Check (companieslist.co.uk)

  • This lorry has been here so long, it's starting to get its own rubbish. People are leaving stuff on it

  • This vehicle does not meet ULEZ standards and so would cost the operator an extra £12.50 per day day to use it or move it.

  • I wonder what would happen if this truck was to roll forward accidently onto the double yellows...

  • It’s gone at last. It left on the back of another flatbed truck at 20.15 Monday evening.

  • Yay! I wonder if it’s related to the work on the streetlights? But glad it’s gone
