Rainwater drains all have high levels of water present

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2911412.

It looks like all of the rain water drains are “full” which will contribute to flood risk in Saffron Meadows.
