Persistent illegal parking on Albion Way

This car (usually accompanied by one or two vans from one of the local businesses) is parked on the pavement next to double-yellow lines on a daily basis. This has gone on for at least a year.

The parking presents a danger to pedestrians, as they are forced to step out into the road in a dangerous area.
