Heavy rain on Saturday 31st resulted in overflowing drain causing water to rush down my drive towards house 68a Marine parade. The road was like a lake. The grill is positioned outside number 69. Called Southern water who say it is the council’s responsibility. Could it be unblocked please. Thank you
