Really excessive weed growth and shrub along most of Cromwell Avenue.

The weed growth along most of the length of Cromwell Avenue has progressed to such a level that the road surface and pavement integrity is being affected, as well as creating difficulties in places for push and wheelchairs, as well as elderly folk walking. Some drains are beginning to become clogged. There are even small shrubs growing. This has been getting steadily worse over the last few months and there has been no attempt to arrest this weed growth for at least two years.
