A man known to police has been building a 'shanty shack' out of materials and building on the ancient monument banks of the Thames off of Castle Meadows. Every time I go past he's built more and more... EA have also been informed

    Thank you for reporting this waste. Please can you forward me an image of the waste and a what3words location of it, so I can assess it. I was there on Wednesday with our waste contractors and we cleared a large amount of waste from that area. gary.marcham@southandvale.gov.uk
