This drain is completely blocked with grit/silt/dirt and general debris from the road.
It is completely ineffective in dealing with surface run off water from rain and as it is on a steepish downslope of a hill leading into a small valley and the two other drains in the same area are also completely blocked there is effectively no drainage for rain / surface water here.
Drain needs cleaning and testing ASAP
