Family car blocked in whilst providing care abuse and threats of vandalism when aaked to move.

Outside of property is public parking, my sister who had a small fiat parked outside my property so I have easy access due to fibromyalgia flare up was taking me to the pharmacy for my urgent medication. My sisters car was blocked in and when asked to move threats of vandalism were given to myself and my sister causing me sever anxiety. A verbal confrontation ensued between my sister and neighbour whilst I am currently being assessed for a move as I am unsafe in this accommodation, they have made it difficult for me to return to this property alone, the police have been contacted and logged a report towards the antisocial behaviour that occurred, I feel unsafe in this property as this has occurred in a public parking area. I feel targeted.
