Re: “Work to build the footway/cycleway along Gosport Road will see short sections with temporary surfaces in use until the new route is available” For months now contractors have been dragging there heels on the Stubbington Bypass leaving the Gosport footpath/cycleway in a dangerous state where temporary metal fencing is reducing the width of the path. This is a main thoroughfare for school children cycling to and from school. We have 6 week break until a whole new year group start school – many of the children are yet to have any cycling instruction due to covid disruption Can some emphases be put on finishing the footpath/cycleway and making it safe for use ready for September? It is not acceptable to just leave it how it is until next years completion date
