Leaking sewage manhole

Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2889521.
Recent floods in Kibworth have damaged the surrounding to a manhole on the footpath close to the footbridge. Sewage remnants are to be seen on the grass and there is a sewage smell when you are near it. It is also a trip hazard.

The sewage drain cover is still very damaged. Sewage odours escaping into the area around it. Water Authority needs to sort it. It is also a trip hazard as it is on the footpath beside the stream and you HAVE to walk over it. Urgent
