Parking cones used to stop parking

People are using cones to stop people parking in front of house on the street. I get it is an issue for all that live on the street including myself, but this is illegal signage and needs to be removed. They are not special to anyone else on the street and if one person does it we will have the whole street at it. Please take them away! I do not know which house it is, but numbers are clearly shown it will be one of them!
