Loose manhole cover on Fullers Vale outside The Old Shop

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2888049.

This manhole cover has become loose and noisy in the last couple of days. This has happened several times over the last few years and has been reported and 'repaired' only to come loose again. The noise is incredibly intrusive. Please can a proper repair be made.
