The road is sinking rapidly

This area of road was fixed recently as was sinking and now it’s sinking again, rapidly over the last couple of days. A driver swerved it today and I was on the other side of the road and borrow my avoided crashing into my with my children in the car. Drivers are swerving around it onto the other side of the road now as it’s so dangerous

A slab on tar has been put over the dip like many times before but the road still keeps sinking
