Footpath wildly overgrown

Reported via mobile in the Trees overhanging highways category anonymously at 16:51, Fri 23 July 2021

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2886364.

The footpath along the Ring Road between the footbridge and the traffic lights at Sainsbury’s is dangerously overgrown. In parts the footway is only clear by about 12” width. I am a guide dog owner and I cannot safely walk to Sainsbury’s as either my dog or myself are in the cycle Lane in the road, depending on which direction we are travelling. Mobility vehicles or pushchairs would have to use the cycle Lane in the road also. The whole footway verge needs cutting back by several feet.
