Thank you for erecting a dog bag dispenser which is entirely useless with no bags. A responsible dog owner will carry their own bags. As can be seen from the photo within a couple of hours of installation it is stuffed with litter. Perhaps you should have installed a litter bin for the rubbish dropped by people using the adjacent bench. Please remove.

    Further to my original complaint ref. 2886313 I enclose photos of same spot this morning showing litter left by users of your 2 recent installations (bench and dog bin which is out of the picture. There was never a litter problem here until they were installed. Action please!

  • The problem is not “fixed” By filling the red box with bags. You are ignoring the problem caused by the bench. The area still gets littered by picknickers using th bench Yesterday a 2 foot metal tube was launched over the fence into my garden narrowly missing my head. When I went round to remonstrate with the culprits, four children (male) with bicycles using the bench subjected me to tirade of “lip” all in unison. When I returned to my garden a doughnut landed by my foot closely followed by a glass bottle. My wife or myself could have been injured and I will not put up with this in my own garden. This situation was caused by your installation and I formally request that the bench is removed

  • Lazy Sunday afternoon my tormentors are back minus their bikes. A large milk carton lobbed in my garden and a stick of wood which made it through the open door into my house. As it’s turning into a vendetta I have reported both incidents to the police. Incident No. 1051561 I shall keep updating you until the seat is gone.

  • There is now a daily problem with these children basing themselves on this bench and running riot and leaving loads of litter yesterday somebody called for the police as they intimidated a man entering the Weaver pub but they ran away on site of the police van. Today a neighbour passing with his wife was subjected to abuse then they followed him home and kicked his front door before running away. Judging by the amount of litter they leave, their parents must be supplying them about £10 per day. If I dropped litter you employ people who will issue me with a fixed penalty fine but children do as they please. Shift this bench please before the problem escalates.
