Washing machine dumped in hedge

There's been a washing machine/possibly a dishwasher in the hedge behind the wall leading to Fishersgate station for months. It's almost opposite the corner shop.

My experience was not great - my complaint was sent to the wrong council, and in any case they said the item was on private land and so they couldn't/wouldn't help (implying, perhaps, that if I moved it onto public land they would!). Then when I asked for the correct council's details they weren't forthcoming. The item is still in situ...
