Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2885051.

This car has been parked, unmoving for over 2 months. Recent roadworks undertaken on Bankside (including painting double yellow lines along that stretch) was actually disrupted by it and they painted around it, council grass cutting is disrupted by it (they can't get close enough the curb with it there) and people are having to drive around it into the new speed bumps.
