Caravan parked in road

Caravan is parked here most of the time except when they go away in it. It is parked on the road restricting the road to one lane. It is impossible to see round it when approaching a and there has been several near misses involving cyclists and cars. The road at this point is very narrow and vision is restricted to overtake safely. No where can 2 cars pass each other with this obstruction.
