Unsafe crossing during roadworks

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2883062.

Roadworks make it very difficult for pedestrians & cyclists to cross the road here easily to go up Putney road. Crossing from the football stadium side of the road. I hope that access for cyclists & pedestrians will be improved at this junction when the work is done, it would be lovely if this was considered during the roadworks too. Thankyou
