Redact

The original turning area has been damaged and relocated on behalf of the residents at Brush Hill and Lane End, they haven't sought permission from the council and are covering it objects to prevent the lawful turning of vehicles, in contravention of the 1980 Highways act. The new area is under 6m wide and is now too small to allow a three point turn of a fire appliance which the original area (over 8m) allowed. For some strange reason, the excuse given is 'to take the turning area back to the 1930 map'. I would like the turning area to be restored to it's original condition or improved.
