Rubbish dumped

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2882529.

10 black garden waste bags dumped in the gateways on both sides of the road. It would appear they all contained some sort of bird waste, either chicken or pigeon. They need to be moved quickly due to the smell etc
